Dream Keeper
Dream Keeper
I am a huge fan of dreams, especially daydreams. I can spend hours and hours just boogieing around in my brain. I am one of the lucky ones that can slide daydreams into the plots bubbling around in my sleep as well. Sometimes, if I am very lucky, some of those ideas find themselves in my work.
My decidedly patient husband frequently reminds me that I should write down those ideas so I don't lose them. I usually write the idea as titles or poetry... something evocative enough to jog my memory, but not dreary like class notes.
I guess what I want to say is that my life would be easier with a dream keeper like this fine woman. I am willing to bet she could be a service to you as well!

"I like the stars. It's the illusion of permanence, I think. I mean, they're always flaring up and caving in and going out. But from here, I can pretend...I can pretend that things last. I can pretend that lives last longer than moments. Gods come, and gods go. Mortals flicker and flash and fade. Worlds don't last; and stars and galaxies are transient, fleeting things that twinkle like fireflies and vanish into cold and dust. But I can pretend."
